HepyShop is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, sales and purchases made through our Store are transactions directly between you and HepyShop.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from HepyShop and is not responsible for fulfillment, returns, refunds or other aspects of transactions between you and HepyShop, except to the extent Shopify separately provides a service directly to you.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
